FOUNDER

Vonni Williams is a Senior Talent leader with over a decade of experience recruiting at all levels for startups to Fortune 500 companies. She comes from an in-house recruitment background with brands including Google, Target and The Honest Company, where she was the Head of Talent and helped build their in-house recruitment function from the ground up. There, she also led Executive Search, culture programming, in addition to supporting teams as a HR Business Partner.

Since founding V Talent Search, Vonni has partnered with early-stage teams on their talent needs supporting talent strategy and key searches across various sectors. She brings recruiting expertise paired with a keen, intuitive ability to assess talent and organizational needs to support strategic growth.

Vonni graduated with a BS degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, and obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from HRCI.
