WHY US
Founder
Vonni Williams is a Senior Talent leader with over a decade of recruiting and HR experience with startups to Fortune 100 companies. She built her career in-house with brands including Google, Target and The Honest Company, where she was the Head of Talent and helped build their recruitment function from the ground up. There, she led Executive Search, culture programming, in addition to supporting teams as a HR Business Partner.
Since founding V Talent, Vonni has partnered with Founders on their talent needs supporting talent strategy, people process development, and key searches. She brings recruiting and HR expertise paired with a keen, intuitive ability to assess talent and organizational needs to support strategic growth. She takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with her clients and candidates, focusing on genuine connections that go beyond placements.
Vonni graduated with a BS degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, and obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from Human Resources Certification Institute.
